一直聽過panino giusto 嘅大名,因為呢間黎自米蘭嘅panini專門店已經有接近40年歷史。呢日夜收工,但辛苦工作後又唔想頹食,就同同事黎佐食包!原來除咗有室內,仲有室外位置,環境十分優雅。Milano 2015($118)相信係呢度最岀名嘅panini,因為正正係創辦人chef Claudio Sadler 創作兼曾經獲得米芝蓮二星,難得黎到當然要試!材料有24個月Parma ham、Parmigiano Reggiano芝士醬、火箭菜、黑胡椒等,材料簡單但所有野配搭起上嚟又好有火花。Parma Ham塞滿麵包內,薄薄地一片,帶少少脂肪,每片都略有嚼口,鹹香回韻。我特別鍾意加上黑醋同芝士醬,平衡佐Parma ham嘅鹹香,令到味道更豐富。麵包煙煙韌韌,烘得香脆,不愧係米蘭老店岀品。Toast Della Casa($108)比panini更有驚喜,芝士控絕對不能錯過。toast入面有芝士、火腿、吞拿魚、他他醬同蕃茄等,材料豐富,芝士份量超多,而且半溶狀態,食落非常惹味。芝士同火腿、吞拿魚味道都超夾,加上蕃茄嘅清新,食完成個一d都唔漏。特別一讚嘅係toast烘得香脆,好好食!

同事提議點埋tiramisu($78),tiramisu十分濕潤,但咖啡同酒香都較薄,呢個我覺得對比panini同包都略為失色。

整體嚟講,toast真係超級好食,超回味!我諗我會為咗個toast回頭,同埋會再嚟試下其他款!
