To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

復活節假期嘅第一天專登揸車去到元朗屏山食名不虛傳嘅肉餅飯、不嬲都好喜歡吃煎肉餅飯、嚟到餐廳門口見到幾多人喺度排隊同埋等外賣、大約等咗15分鐘職員帶我哋入咗一間房仔度環境比較迫夾、餐牌全版都係食肉餅飯同埋有啲小吃、亦都有飲品同豆漿、可惜當天嘅豆漿機壞咗試唔到嘅凍豆漿😪見到佢餐牌上面嘅肉餅竟然有芒果煎肉餅飯都幾特別喎🙄一定要試、跟住叫咗麻辣煎煎肉餅飯、松露芝士牛肝菌煎肉餅飯、西多同蝦堡牛角酥。啲食物都好快上枱、首先上枱係西多士、普普通通同出外茶記差不多、蝦堡牛角酥份量都幾大、食落去好鬆軟同埋蝦味也濃、好味即得一試😋👍芒果煎肉餅飯真係超級特別、係肉餅入面夾雜芒果、完全不覺得油膩、芒果味也濃、不過我覺得芒果肉比較少咗D、如果多番啲呢就更加好味🤤松露芝士牛肝菌煎肉餅飯、不覺不失、冇乜驚喜、辣味煎肉餅飯、感覺好辣、可能本人不好辣所以感覺麻麻😜總結啲地方比較迫夾、但食物overall好食、有機會可能會再嚟試😊
