To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身為港式奶茶Fans的我，一直都想一試「金茶王」的味道，故與朋友相約今天遠道而來! 雖然位置較偏僻，但絕不影響我們慕名而來的誠意。由於到達時已過了二時半，我們選了下午茶餐。餐飲當然是熱奶茶。盛熱奶茶用的杯是"黑白淡奶"專用茶杯，茶杯較厚，能保溫之餘，亦更有風味! 喝一口，茶味香濃之餘亦不乏奶香，茶及奶的比例恰當 吞下一口，那啖甘香於舌頭後方依然存在! 若不是怕失眠，真想有再來一杯之衝動!! 貼牆位置座位闊，頗舒適! 更特別的是店內外周圍皆貼滿「金茶王」的威水史報導，實在眼界大開! 我覺得尖沙咀的X芳X簡直要跑開一邊! (尖沙咀的X芳X 的奶茶其實連普通茶餐廳的都及不上.....實在是......) 總而言之，山長水遠一試「金茶王」奶茶也是值得的
