To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前在食品展買了包坤記竹昇麵餅，當時唔識貨，以為普通料啫，8個麵餅。有日，卒之試吓佢，大滾水烚佢至麵餅鬆開，加蠔油食。嘩…一試佢，唔得點，彈牙，爽口，無鹼水味。之後諗起電視介紹過，果然 名不虛傳。今天路過這小店，下定決心要現場一試。店鋪不大，環境清潔，一位年長的叔叔招呼，非常有禮貌。下午茶時段，點了一份豬手撈麵$42，加酸梅湯$6。現場食，一樣地震撼，豬手好林，好入味，好好味，麵質好爽口，彈牙，加埋一碗蝦子清湯，完美。當然，真材實料，價錢就見人見智。有機會下次再試其他食品。
