放假難得早起,於是去食個early lunch先,喺Openrice見到齒留香好評如潮,放是去試一試。近太子地鐵站D出口,轉個彎就到,門面唔起眼,但見到掛喺㕑窗嘅一隻隻油雞,燒鵝同充滿光澤嘅叉燒,就知道已經到左齒留香。入到去,親切可愛嘅侍應小姐好快帶左我去一張枱度坐低,遞上一杯暖水同餐牌。本來想試乳豬,但侍應小姐話未有,於是改為試油雞脾加必試嘅No.1叉燒配瀨粉。午餐送足料老火湯或熱飲,於是打算試下個老火湯有幾足料,但侍應小姐又話個湯未煲好,於是失望地叫返杯凍檸茶再加碟蠔油生菜,補充下膳食纖維。話都無咁快,瀨粉已經送到我面前,燒味同凍檸茶亦隨即送上。碗瀨粉望落似米線,比較粗身,食落唔會太硬。然後當然輪到主角:叉燒同油雞脾。首先試No.1叉燒,叉燒望落充滿光澤,一咬落口已經知非一般叉燒,肉質非常軟熟,充滿肉汁,外趣內軟,外層充滿蜜糖嘅香甜味,中間嘅肉都好入味。No.1叉燒果然名不虛傳,不愧為2018年燒味冠軍,食完的確齒頰留香!接住試埋個油雞脾,外皮上色剛剛好,色澤均勻,急不及待夾一舊放入口,果然同樣無令我失望。雞皮爽口,無多餘脂肪,皮肉分明,雞脾肉質非常嫩滑,食完滿口油香而唔會有肥膩感

當我食到一半,沉醉緊係叉燒同油雞脾嘅時候,侍應小姐送上一碗足料老火湯,啱啱話未煲好嘅老火湯已經煲好咗,當然要試埋啦!好有誠意,值得一讚!最後配埋碟蠔油生菜,飲埋杯凍檸茶,是日午餐就大滿足!
