To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大中華本身已經相當出名,亦有電視台嘅飲食節目報導過佢哋,我都係因為咁先識得去幫襯,仲曾經遇見過電視台演員喺度聚餐。最近差唔多每星期都打羽毛球,然後至同波友一齊出去食晚飯,大中華就係其中我哋經常幫襯嘅一間。因為都係8點鍾之後,所以都唔駛點等位,亦唔駛怱怱食完俾人趕要交番張枱出嚟!幫襯咗咁多次,今次終於寫番個食評。餐廳嘅環境同裝修都係大排檔格局,由多個鋪位串連而成,但係好多都要由後巷入去。大中華本身唔賣酒,要飲酒就要自己去巷口嘅士多買,其實間士多應該都係佢哋嘅。佢哋另一個”特點”就係落單要自已寫。而佢哋嘅食物都秉持大排檔特色,講求味道而不重賣相,好似以前食過嘅薑蔥魚鳔咁,炒到兜亂曬咁,啲魚鳔又一舊大一舊細咁,但係味道就好好!今次4個人叫咗4餸1飯,包括燒鵝半隻,上湯菜心苗,蔥花黃鱔,煎墨魚餅同臘味煲仔飯。燒鵝係新鮮出爐,賣完就冇,有時太夜去到就冇得食。所以都能夠做到皮脆,加上皮下一層薄薄嘅肥膏,真係甘香無比。以我食過咁多次呢度嘅燒鵝,今次未算係最好嘅一次,但係已經非常好食。要食燒鵝就唔駛一定去深井或者中環間名店!作為一個食肉獸嘅我,差唔多每次都主動點呢個上湯菜心苗,仲食唔少。菜心苗每次都好

作為一個食肉獸嘅我,差唔多每次都主動點呢個上湯菜心苗,仲食唔少。菜心苗每次都好嫩好爽脆,絕對冇渣,食到尾都冇浸到淋曬。加上浸喺個湯度帶上適中嘅味道,係我好喜歡嘅清菜。菜裡面仲加咗啲竹笙,索埋啲湯嚟食亦好好味。

碟蔥花黃鱔其實裡面嘅鱔唔多,加上大量嘅蔥花,食起上嚟基本上好難食得到黃鱔嘅味道,但我覺得黃鱔反而唔係呢個餸嘅重點。我會將佢當成好似沙律咁食,蔥花,花生同黃鱔帶出三層嘅質感,相當好食。啲蔥花基本上係生嘅,就算淋上滾油亦唔會熟得幾多,咁生嘅蔥花食起上嚟就會有啲辣。食咁多生蔥,個口陣味就維持好耐!

煎墨魚餅外表平平無奇,但係食落就有啲與眾不同。墨魚餅入面有細細粒嘅而又爽脆墨魚肉,成個墨魚餅結實彈牙之餘完全唔會食到佢係用粉黐,完全係墨魚膠,所以亦充滿墨魚味!

嚟大中華,未試過食白飯,每次都食佢哋嘅臘味煲仔飯,大中華嘅特點係個煲特別大同埋攞到埋枱先至加花生同蔥,再幫你搞勻佢。個煲大相信可以保溫同埋煮嘅時侯加熱均勻啲,可以夠控制好飯焦嘅比例。一舨都好有水準,所以先至會每次都點,但今次稍為水多咗,變成濕咗啲同飯焦少啲,不過仍然唔錯!
最後唔計另外買嘅啤酒,埋單$560,免加一,免貼士!
