上品火鍋我哋一家人幫襯左好幾年，佢嘅質素一直都好有保證，大家當然係非常貴！每次食佢嘅湯底，非常足料，我試過蕃茄薯仔湯底，醉雞窩湯底，都係首選。如果要食海鮮，最好就配清湯。上品的海鮮非常新鮮，基本上每次點完蟹、象拔蚌、魚，都係即時喺魚缸裏邊撈出嚟，即劏即食，每次食物上枱，新鮮到d海鮮都仲郁緊。的確係非常鮮美！今次因為有家人生日，所以可以享用半價優惠食1款海鮮，我選了加拿大蟹，從1.5公斤，肉質非常鮮甜，實淨。大腳放落鍋嘅時候，都仲識郁㗎！象拔蚌超級新鮮，爽甜，又係王牌自選！另外，一球波的牛肉叫做櫻花牛肉刺身，超級好食，厚薄切得剛好，肥瘦均勻，肉質鮮甜，配以泰式嘅醬汁，或者Wasabi豉油，都配搭得天衣無縫。除咗生食，打邊爐熟悉都非常好口感。呢一個係我必點嘅一道菜！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
