To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是真的覺得幾「住家菜」風味,一來菜色是沒有下味精,二來是日要了的雞件,斬得不修邊幅,碎骨甚多,絕對是「屋企菜刀」及「住家技術」的成果。訓練完畢,一個人吃晚飯。想吃碗白飯及喝個老火湯,就來了這裡。先來碗湯,是日例湯是雪梨蘋果煲豬骨,煲得很夠火候,湯底清潤甜美,相當不錯,立即再追加一碗。要了一碟阿嬤雞,只要了例牌,份量也不算小。雞也是鮮雞,肉不夠滑,斬雞的刀功一般,吃起來碎骨甚多,相當敗興。其實是用上了沙薑汁做底,味道方面沒有多大特色。最後敬送的甜品是五花茶,下火去濕,不錯。埋單80蚊有找,不便宜的。題外話:吃飯的時候收到另一位食友的電話,得知其最新狀況,在此希望一切安好。
