名館喺黃埔蔡瀾美食坊入面, 地點方便就腳地鐵一出就到非常易搵。 餐廳都算幾大可以容納好多人, 有卡位亦都有長枱, 無論少人同多人都顧及得到。 餐廳裝修典雅, 但係小菜價錢圍起上嚟又不算太貴, 而且款式選擇豐富 ,每人100蚊上下就可以落到樓, 所以今晚就揀咗呢間餐廳啦。蝦球蟹子銀絲煲望落去款式雖然好似好簡單, 但係要粉絲炒得乾身 而又惹味, 呢D功夫一啲都唔可以睇小。 仲有值得一提嘅係,蝦球彈牙爽口, 係d粉絲入面仲搵到好多蝦子同埋蟹子, 都幾足料㗎。欖角肉鬆蒸秋葵秋葵我係屋企通常都係白烚或者炒多, 今次用欖角呢蒸都係第一次試, 欖角鹹鹹香香,加埋蒸過嘅秋葵唔使過多調味料已經好好食。胡麻醬雞絲粉皮青瓜雞絲同埋粉皮本身都係一啲淡口味類別的食物, 但係加咗幼滑的胡麻醬, 令到食物 的味道同口感都提升咗層次。 而且係夏天食這道涼爽嘅菜, 開胃清新。手工蔥油餅蔥油餅整得大大件, 面頭炸得金黃, 雖然呢度啲蔥油餅唔係整得薄薄鬆脆嗰一款, 有啲似 中式包點嗰種質地, 而且入面蔥嘅份量都好多, 都幾好食。
