To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 做咗幾拾年人,潮洲菜,打冷餸都食吾少,但潮洲翅就從來未食過,為圓心願,12月16日,同靚媽專誠到九龍城,呢間名氣食潮洲菜老店,一試潮洲翅是甚麽味道,因靓媽在公司團年飯局,巳食過多次潮洲翅,所以今晚就點了,鷄燉翅,及潮洲紅燒翅各一客,先講靚媽個鷄燉翅,味道係Ok嘅,翅嘅份量及配料亦對得住所收嘅價錢,但我個潮洲紅燒翅就不敢恭維,根本就係一碗豆粉羹,翅針可以数到有幾多條,味道咸到食完要洗腎,街邊D碗仔翅好食過佢九倍,呢個收$230嘅红燒翅,我就話$23都吾值,至於當晚所點其他菜色,個九菜花炒吊桶,和鹵水鵝片味道都可以,個炒魚麵就平平無奇,總結此店出品,絕對同此店名氣不成比例,唯一可取,就係此店侍應姐姐,對客有禮,工作勤快,斟茶換水,換碟效率甚高,所以此店係賣服務,吾係賣味道。
