曾經食過潮州的日日香,一試難忘。知道香港都有日日香,急不及待要去試它的滷水鵝。裝修新穎清新,座位闊落。 感覺企理乾淨。🔸️鵝皇飯$128有幾塊鵝片、鵝腎、酸菜、鵝蛋半隻、鵝腸、炸花生、豆卜。鵝片切得很均稱,每塊帶有少許皮,一起咬下帶有油脂甘香。鹅腎夠爽口,鹅腸真材實料,非坊間以雞腸代替。特別一讚酸菜,醃味適中,酸酸甜甜好開胃,中和吃肉的膩感。🔸️鵝片$78一人份,約有六片。枱上放了鹅汁和醋。醋的調味特別好,用來醮鹅片,完全提升了整個口感。🔸️陳腎湯 每盅$10。是燉的,滾熱辣地上枱,正啊!熱才好喝! 一打開盅蓋就飄出濃郁的燉湯香味,材料有烏雞、瘦肉、腎、蟲草花等。這個湯味道好濃,真材實料。通常滷味底下都有配料墊底,這間餐廳以豆卜墊底。如果以滷豆腐或滷花生墊底就好了,更加能吸滷汁的精華。

通常滷味底下都有配料墊底,這間餐廳以豆卜墊底。如果以滷豆腐或滷花生墊底就好了,更加能吸滷汁的精華。
