並非首次到Namo享用晚餐,這次再訪發現餐廳最近已經換上全新餐牌,當中有不少菜式均由《World Cafe Asia》節目主持兼名廚Bobby Chinn設計,令人耳目一新。蟹肉夾餅 ($218/4)其中一道由Bobby Chinn打造的美食正是蟹肉夾餅,輕輕煎至表面焦脆而內裡充滿絲絲蟹肉,鹹鮮味重配上羅望子醬酸酸甜甜恰到好處,伴以韮菜花中西合壁。雞肉沙爹串 ($148/4)雞肉燒得微微焦脆而肉質毫不過於乾韌,沙爹醬較為流質並帶濃郁花生香。挪威三文魚配青檸辣椒泰蒜汁 ($288)三文魚生熟拿捏得宜保持鮮嫩而魚皮更煎得鬆脆香口,青檸辣椒泰蒜汁酸辣有致近似泰式生蝦汁令整體份外清爽。烤和牛扒配紅咖喱 ($278)和牛扒肉質結實緊緻而非如日本和牛般入口即化,而且油脂相對較少但肉味香濃,配以紅咖喱香辣惹味但亦不至於喧賓奪主。泰式雞肉包 ($168)一般泰式生菜包會用上豬肉碎,以雞肉取而代之口感不及豬肉鬆軟,但油份較少比較清爽,芫荽及香料等調味充分入味。香班蘭奶凍 ($58)奶凍上層質感結實而下層則如慕絲般綿滑,班蘭香氣馥郁醇厚但如口感更加軟嫩會更上一層樓。Fresh Watermelon Jui
