To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天龍軒,米之連二星加上全香港最高中菜廳,享負勝銘。我有機會今次可以試吓佢哋個窮人lunch Menu,唔試由此可一試就把幾火。如果大家冇錢就真係冇事,五百幾蚊一個人食lunch係唔會有啲咩好嘢俾你食㗎。首先嚟㗎最出名嘅叉燒同埋XO醬蘿蔔糕,叉燒完全食唔出係叉燒,絕對似係用糖漿浸出嚟嘅豬肉,肉質係十分之林,但係一啲燒嘅效果都冇,有幾點黑色嘅燒焦點似係用火槍辣出來啊,十分失望。XO醬一啲試味都冇,只有辣未,蘿蔔糕耐心係辣嘴嘅,明白師傅想用溫度保持食物質素,溫度實在是有點高。如果呢個級數嘅餐廳,呢個頭盤絕對係唔合格。跟住上嘅係一個湯用日月魚無花果豬展燉嘅,他本身好濃味,味道也十分好。但可怕嘅事即將發生,湯裏面竟然發現咗一條蟲,一間五星級酒店,米之蓮二星級餐廳,湯裏面竟然有條蟲,有圖有真相。之後叫個侍應過嚟睇睇,個侍應竟然同我講呢一條係日月魚嘅邊。我入廚多年一睇就知呢一條係無花果裏面嘅蟲,因為無花果本身好甜所以係好容易有蟲,酒店堅持用原粒無花果燉湯,咁就真係捉蟲啦。我要求幫我換咗碗湯之後侍應再出嚟交代,廚房師傅確認那是一條無花果我的錯。其實是應該去廚房尋求一下增山先至好喺客人面前解釋,如果唔係

之後個脆餅帶子根本上唔知點解可以放埋一齊,脆餅有啲脆少少甜味冇乜特別,帶子上粉炸過略嫌薄左少少但係味道可以,但係唔知點解呢就係佢嘅放埋一齊,完全唔夾。薑汁芥蘭其實係薑粒芥蘭,汁係完全冇薑味你要連埋粒薑粒石先至會有㗎嘛,其實叫薑粒㗎啦咪好地地囉。

之後牛肉正常,雲耳正常,所以炒埋一齊就好正常,冇咩特別。荷葉飯夠熱,味道亦都係冇咩特別,正正常常。

反而甜品幾好,因為嗰條無花果蟲所以送咗一碟共2件蛋撻,整體甜品質素唔錯。

講真如果你要來食呢個餐,我建議你不如慳返啦。呢個餐絕對唔抵食亦都唔好食。我對天龍軒叉燒十分失望,俾人吹捧到天上有地下無,除咗肉質覺得比較林,完全睇唔出亦食唔出係一舊叉燒。可能你要試吓食貴一倍Tasting Menu會比較好但係呢個平價lunch Menu就千祈唔好食,慳得$500得$500。

最後對天龍軒嘅服務10分失望,如果佢自己唔確定係唔係蟲,就唔好亂咁覆過客。搵一搵廚房先,真係好難接受到日月魚條邊會係咁,好明顯好多集腳,所以員工嘅訓練真係十分不足,從今次經驗我覺得我以後都唔會再嚟,呢個機會十分唔值。得罪講句,如果你好鬼有$想食風景,請隨便。但對食物有要求,我覺得天龍軒完全係唔合
格,因為唔認真,各取所需吧。
