一月向去蓮香都是飲早茶,這天碰巧親屬聚會,決定到蓮香吃晚飯。我們點了多款菜色,有炸軟殼蟹,炒豆苗,楊州炒飯,叉燒,七味牛仔骨,琵琶豆腐,蝦仁炒西芹,八寶鴨,炸子雞。豆苗跟炒飯味道略淡,炸軟殼蟹不過不失,味道夠但不夠熱。七味牛仔骨香味濃郁,但一定吃到筋位,體驗麻麻。琵琶豆腐及蝦仁炒西芹就正正常常,一般酒樓貨。炸子雞略咸,師傅太重手,但皮脆肉嫰,但有點凍。八寶鴨算名不虛傳,今次碰巧一大班人先有機會試。焗西米蓮蓉布甸清甜不膩,可以一試。
