To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

名氣無用，老闆娘態度差到令人失望

今次去呢間餐廳真係大失所望。老闆娘嘅態度差到無法形容，根本唔理顧客嘅感受。一入到去，就見到佢面無表情，完全冇客氣，令人感到十分不自在。問佢啲菜式，佢唔耐煩咁回應，完全冇心機，甚至有啲冷漠。雖然店外貼咗好多明星食評，但裏面嘅服務實在冇得比，完全唔配得上咁高嘅曝光率。食物質素更無話可說，味道難食，令人失望得不得了。就算係明星都未必會再光顧，因為味道根本無法令人滿意。餐廳嘅衛生情況亦唔好，桌面黏黏，令人對食物產生疑慮。老闆娘應該好好反省下，顧客嘅滿意度先係最重要，而唔係單靠貼明星照片嚟吸引人。整體而言，呢次經驗真係好失望，唔會再返去，亦唔會推薦俾其他人。希望佢哋能夠改善服務，否則只會越來越差。
