因應疫情下嘅四人及八人限聚令,今年父母親節嘅慶祝活動結果就分散哂黎進行,當中令做東嘅小肥最難忘嘅必數名店「松菱日本料理」嘅鐵板燒晚餐。位於灣仔會展商場三樓嘅日本餐廳暗黑嘅入口通道帶點神秘,光線柔和嘅用餐大堂則非常開揚,幾個互相連接嘅大型鐵板燒爐坐滿食客都完全冇話煙霧瀰漫,抽氣相當強勁。店內簡樸時尚嘅裝潢中可見不少懷舊嘅和風吊飾及擺設,低調得黎仍能感受到內藏嘅氣派。由於全店滿座,八人飯局被安排於廂房內進行,以一點五米之距同另外一對食客隔開之後都仲有好多空間,舒適闊落得很。座位圍繞著師傅嘅鐵板大舞台,餐桌上有齊備嘅自用餐具、調味汁及禮服圍裙,簡潔衛生。厚本餐牌共有十五頁之多,打開一睇,原來店子已經開咗成四十年,應該都可以叫做老字號喎!由於OpenRice上嘅餐牌未齊,細佬就喺度續一展示,順便簡單講兩句。多得契爺介紹,慶祝晚宴全部叫哂套餐,每客均包齊前菜、沙律、燒蝦或帶子或鱔或魷魚、燒野菜、炒飯或麵、湯、生果或雪糕。晚市套餐有兩款可選,分別在於主菜嘅選擇:第一款價格較經濟嘅「特別定食」($550 - $580/位)可選美國靚牛或日本黑豚肉或羊架。而第二款「松菱定食」($780 - $930/
