To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今到此店嘗試用作招牌立打的牛腩。先叫1碗牛腩河粉。另再叫1碗剩雲吞。人不多。牛腩河先送到。眼前碗内除河粉外。便是約四件半。切得精巧細小的薄片腩片。伴著幾条臭青味菜心。師傅的刀功真今人讚歎。先試腩片。確如其名。够清。清到無味。以湯会集牛腩精華。但亦今人失望。囝碗粉麵就是淡而無味。跟任上枱的雲吞更是中伏。冇虾雲吞。阿姐話此店的雲吞是無虾的。嘩。四十幾蚊碗剩豬肉雲吞。仲要食到出渣。毫冇肉汁。食到口淡淡。想要鑵汽水。他娘親要10蚊罐。牛腩河45蚊。剩雲吞42蚊。加10蚊汽水駛咗差不多成舊水。其它嘅都係唔駛再去試囉
