To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同老公睇完戲，見有啲肚餓，諗住隨便搵個地方食啲野，行到寶盈花園附近見到一間粉麵店，聽講都幾出名，咁就試下喇！ 店舖地方唔大、較細，座位狹窄，衞生情況一般，水要自己出去酙，但食物味道唔差。墨魚丸河粉粒粒墨魚係裡面，口感爽彈，屬正常水平，未算有太大驚喜。炸魚皮炸魚皮亦非常之正，不但份量足，好大份，而且炸得十分酥脆，食完一塊又一塊，咬落脆卜卜，夠乾身又唔油膩，味道亦唔算鹹，好似薯片咁又薄又脆，無論就咁食定係浸湯食都一流。清湯沙腩米粉第一時間就飲一啖湯，飲落幾香嘅牛骨湯，湯底以新鮮牛腩+牛骨以及其他配料制成。然後又夾咗一舊沙腩，肉味濃郁，肥瘦均勻，入口鬆化，油香味濃，脂肪同肉質分佈好平均，牛肉上下夾住層脂肪，口感亦比一般牛腩多層次，整體上唔錯，份量就同一般嘅牛腩麵差唔多，有機會一定會再嚟試。

外賣叫左一個牛筋咖哩飯同一個雞翼擔擔麵D咖哩同牛筋都勁鹹 雞翼又係鹹到食一啖都唔想食第二啖既情度免強只可食到個麵唔係普通鹹少少咁簡單 係鹹到全部野都食唔到冇下次根本係好有問題 唔係個別事件之後睇返原來之前都有人有咁既情況

中午才去買, 所以想要的也沒有. 服務員不知道還有甚麼賣, 反而要廚子提點.本想要全家福 (崩沙腩, 坑腩, 牛筋及金錢肚子), 少了一款, 只好叫牛三寶 (牛腩, 牛肚及牛筋)...舖子很細但有2個服務員, 轉個彎都不成...舖位比較偏, 不容易察覺, 不過這是一間相當出名的牛腩店之一, 相信已街知巷聞.和大商場離開了少少, 近於街市那邊. 離開了主流, 別樹一格.如果翻新一下店子和擴充一下就更理想.

Not many late night food options in the Hang Hau neighbourhood. Everything was delivered hot and the flavours were great. The brisket was tender, the chicken wings are large and crispy, and the beef balls have a great chew and texture. Will order again
