To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋日放左工O係灣仔,行左去英皇集團大廈附近,發現左間靚粥舖,見個名幾得意,一於入去試下,打開餐牌,估唔到有咁多選擇,剩係魚粥魚湯都幾10種,仲有好多小食,價錢又實惠,粥底又靚!本人覺得佢地既咸肉糉一流,有好多綠豆,鹹蛋黃又大隻,少少五花腩,唔肥膩,至O岩keep fit人士食!仲有佢既白灼生腸,牛柏葉,魚皮,樣樣都好有特色,食物又爽口!最特別就係佢有花膠响螺粥,仲滋陰,真係好滋味!呢間粥店既賣點就係冇味精,樣樣野都好新鲜,食完一d都唔口渴,果然靠得住, 大家不妨一試, 店主Peter哥話有好多明人都o黎食, 有譚校長, 蘭子等等, 佢地都係常客, 快d去試下啦~
