幾十年老字號嘅陳勤記鹵鵝飯店,由2012年開始連續無間斷咁攞米芝蓮。今日特意前黎食其鹵鵝,一入去覺得古色古香,店入面掛左花燈,枱櫈都係木製,而牆上面掛咗一幅「鵝」字。小食係惹味鹹花生,脆卜卜。杏汁燉白肺湯 唔似平時飲到嘅白肺湯,並冇加入鮮奶,不過個湯好夠熱,有杏仁味。鹹菜胡椒燉豬肚湯胡椒好香好辣,鹹菜淋身,豬肚好爽。豉汁梅子蒸白鱔 係用新鮮嘅梅子剁碎成醬,梅子微微地酸,好開胃,白鱔好滑唔會有好多骨。鹵水鵝1/4下莊鵝脾都好大隻,鹵水唔會好鹹。絲苗白飯要叫白飯送上面嘅白鱔同埋鹵水鵝。
