To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星星名店,怕多人,一直無試過。噚晚搵食期間,唔見人排隊,於是試吓。杯茶淡而無味;需知道食點心,杯茶好緊要!古法糯米雞,超鹹;但糯米蒸得幾軟熟,膶腸好甘香;不過雞肉唔夠滑。豉汁鮮肉釀茄子,茄子一般般,餡料幾好味。陳皮牛肉球,不過不失。香芋牛肉腐皮卷,餡料碎濕濕,完全食唔到係乜嘢,但外皮炸得唔錯。晶瑩鮮蝦餃,至好味;皮薄饀靚。杞子桂花糕,一般般;其實桂花糕好難做得難食。陳皮紅豆沙,至為驚喜;好香陳皮味,起沙,唔太甜。總括嚟講唔難食,亦唔太好食。
