之前睇過好多雜誌報道,我這個甜品痴已經久仰Petite Amanda 之名。今日終於有機會一試其水準。是日甜品的選擇不多,大概只有五六款。堂食亦只能在像food court 似的座位。首先點了頗出名的Croissant $15,咬落去凍冰冰,沒有我最喜歡麵包新鮮出爐的脆口及牛油的香味,幸好其層數頗豐富,建議先焗熱才給客人。本人都係覺得The Mandarin Cake Shop 嘅Croissant最出色!之後點了看似很有層次感嘅Bresillienne $41,食落d mousse有淡淡嘅咖啡味但唔夠突出而看似很有層次感的部份只是圍邊的蛋糕, 頗為失望! 幸好這次只係路過光顧, 如專程出黎食就不必啦!
