To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天和朋友中午去試吓點心放題，點心叫了：蝦餃、燒賣、帶子蔬菜餃、菇皇餃、鴨肉酥、炸雲吞、上湯水餃、紫米椰汁糕、蔬菜、青瓜雲耳，因已經很飽，所以沒有叫粉面飯。結果有點失望😕除了炸雲吞炸得香脆不肥膩，和上湯水餃🥟皮薄餡好吃，上湯好味較有水準外，其他點心的質素沒有傳說中好，以一間5星酒店的中菜廳來說，水準實在很普通😵不是很差，也無嘢讚，沒有什麼特色，食物也不夠熱，服務也不見得特別殷勤，以這個價錢的話，不值😪
