To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

名過其實，有D失望

好耐無去食自助餐，不過聽講呢間好難訂位，乖女2個月前已經預訂，而且見到食評好似幾吸引，点都去試一試，入到去第一個感覺地方好大，有D迷路感，我地安排在角落位，加距離食物台比較遠，但後尾發覺原來佢啲食物好似一組組咁，其實種類真係唔多，好多食物都相同，佢只係分佈喺唔同位置，海鮮亦係令我失望嘅環節，我只係攞咗麵包蟹發覺佢好凍同有沙就冇乜興趣再食，海鮮枱唯一好似就係有員工幫你夾，感覺比較衛生，羊架無味，海南鷄比較生，可能想滑啲，但係都係無味，刺身品種小長期排隊，燒味都係一般唔吸引，唯一覺得好食嘅就係格仔餅，飲品只係俾一張飲品券每人限一杯品種亦小，如果想飲其他咖啡要加錢，呢個自助餐我雖然唔飽，但係佢D食物真係引唔起我嘅興趣，所以我一定唔會再去食
