To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 辣酒東風螺 照片所見只剩下一半, 不是我們食左, 其實上臺已經是這樣, 可以講的是個煲太大, 所以上臺時, 我們都嚇了一跳,好似d 送給人食左一半咁 ; 另外不辣亦欠缺酒香實在失望 補充我本身不是食得勁辣的人豉椒聖子 + 吉列鮮魷 $80 不過不失椒鹽瀨尿蝦 $50/隻當時有2種瀨尿蝦可選, 一隻是逐兩計, 另一種是$50/隻, 當時所見2種瀨尿蝦的size 不是差很遠, 而且$50/隻的那種size 都ok, 便選了這隻, 但當上臺時, 比在魚缸見到的細左些 蒜茸桂花蚌 $25/隻他們的做法是不加豉油, 只加大量蒜茸在蚌上面, 所以上碟賣相很清, 但給我的感覺變為蒜茸才是主菜咁, 食到成口蒜茸, 都未必食得出蚌的鮮味, 我都知蚌類是鮮味/淡味的食物, 要靠其他配料帶出來, 但配料始終是配料, 不應喧賓奪主另外還叫了蒜茸白菜仔 和 海鮮窩麵 (一般啦)清炒芥蘭 ,那碟芥蘭一上臺便知是先用水灼過才炒的, 我不肯定是否所有食店都是先灼過才炒, 因為我都知炒芥蘭需時頗長, 但我在其他食店食過的炒芥蘭給到我有鑊氣的feel, 唔會上碟見到芥蘭的水份其實當日所叫的菜式,

其實當日所叫的菜式, 全是穩陣做法, 如蒜茸, 豉椒 等, 唔應該失手, 所以我覺得只是一般, 如果專登為左去這間食店才入南丫島就無謂啦

不過值得一讚:

前菜不用收費
另外因為在這裏食野, 有免費船返中環/尖沙嘴, 叫做省了$25
