To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得去到太子,兼11點幾仍未食早餐,行過金華冰廳,便入嚟試試。它是傳統茶餐廳,門口賣麵包,裏面有地道茶記食品。本來想食早餐,但搭正11點半便截單,惟有叫它出名的菠蘿油及蛋撻。菠蘿油($12)先上,樣子正宗。試吓味道,只是不過不失。原因是: 1. 麵包唔夠熱 2. 菠蘿皮唔夠香脆,兼有少少稔身雖然有大片牛油,牛油厚度亦ok ,但味道只可評為合格。蛋撻($6)是酥皮,樣子唔錯。皮做得薄及鬆脆。蛋撻餡不過甜,可惜蛋味不夠濃,只是合格好少少。😋奶茶方面,夠熱及幼滑,只是茶味略淡。我喜歡的奶茶是錫蘭茶葉做底,茶味較濃的,所以也只能評為合格。對我而言,金華是ok 的茶記,但未能成為喜歡的食肆。
