To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日聽呢到嘅菠蘿包係香港第一，今次係附近就黎食下。餐廳保留舊時茶餐廳裝修，座位同一般嘅差唔多。服務就相當麻麻，入到去一坐低，即時問食咩，話睇一睇先就即黑面，仲要再三提醒最低消費每人要一杯飲品，連最基本比杯茶，到我食完走都無比到。食物一般，無話喜出驚人，呢個價錢可以有更好選擇。今次叫左三樣，每人$40。菠蘿油 $11個包唔夠熱，牛油唔夠凍。個皮就比較似曲奇，較為硬身，唔夠鬆脆，甜度就正常。但麵包質地幾好唔乾，有少少煙韌。西多士 $16西多士炸到色澤金黃，但唔夠鬆化，一切開中間就見到得極少花生醬，只靠糖漿添味。沙嗲牛肉公仔麵 $38沙嗲香濃，牛肉滑口唔鞋，麵就正正常常。

個包唔夠熱，牛油唔夠凍。個皮就比較似曲奇，較為硬身，唔夠鬆脆，甜度就正常。但麵包質地幾好唔乾，有少少煙韌。
