Restaurant: Eight Treasures
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得之前有YouTuber介紹過 講到好好食一直未有機會試 去開維園就特登過去試下⭐️清湯蘿蔔崩沙腩麵湯底帶濃濃藥材味 似藥膳湯底多過清湯蘿蔔有三大件 唔夠腍 有渣 唔夠入味 帶微苦澀 真心麻麻崩沙腩 但感覺唔似崩沙腩 亦唔似靚料有五件 偏厚切大件 唔算好入味筋膜位得薄薄一層 偏軟身冇彈性肉質偏瘦柴 尚算夠腍 好一般麵 揀左河粉 幼身 幾爽身 唔會過腍總結：食物好普通 名過於實 令人失望 感覺又係比人吹太大除咗個湯好少少之外 冇一樣野係我覺得出色環境服務正常 價錢略貴 定價同食物唔成正比以食物質素黎講 唔值呢個價

蘿蔔有三大件 唔夠腍 有渣
唔夠入味 帶微苦澀 真心麻麻
崩沙腩 但感覺唔似崩沙腩 亦唔似靚料
有五件 偏厚切大件 唔算好入味
筋膜位得薄薄一層 偏軟身冇彈性
肉質偏瘦柴 尚算夠腍 好一般
麵 揀左河粉 幼身 幾爽身 唔會過腍


總結：食物好普通 名過於實
令人失望 感覺又係比人吹太大
除咗個湯好少少之外
冇一樣野係我覺得出色
環境服務正常 價錢略貴
定價同食物唔成正比
以食物質素黎講 唔值呢個價
