To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經歷左8號波之後嘅第一日返工, 因為太肚餓就忍唔住蛇去南記食個早餐, 南記嘅早餐提供時間係至到上午11點30分(各分店應該唔同吧?!)所以都好受中意食米線或者粉麵嘅上班族歡迎, 咁佢早餐提供種類有湯粉麵, 茶記方式公仔麵加多士炒蛋, 同埋小窩米線春卷魚片弹窩米線, 中辣, 加底, 36+5蚊本身南記小窩米線水準都幾飄忽, 廚房忙起來比嘅野食真係會好差, 所以我都中意襯少人時候去光顧不過今次10點零去, 阿姐煮呢窩米線都係淡茂茂嘅味, 搞到要落一茶匙辣椒醬先有味道, 明明湯底好多肉碎同酸菜, 但因為佢地每個米線都係逐個逐個溝湯底煮, 所以時濃時淡, 不過米線本身口感幾好, 外軟但唔糊口, 可以適當地掛湯但又有口感, 不過幼身左少少餸方面, 你會見住佢煮完煲米線就會直接夾魚片同春卷響個湯度, 就係冇一齊煮過咁解, 所以都幾湯還湯, 餸還餸, 不過魚片本身就唔吸湯汁, 所以影響不大, 而且間唔時有魚片頭食咁又唔錯, 不過春卷就麻麻地, 因為湯底未至於熱到就咁放上去都令春卷辣口, 結果條春卷係凍嘅, 而且因為春卷就咁放響室溫下, 外面乾水有油份, 浸極都吸唔到湯, 結果就好似食緊魚肉報紙(濕嘅

春卷魚片弹窩米線, 中辣, 加底, 36+5蚊
本身南記小窩米線水準都幾飄忽, 廚房忙起來比嘅野食真係會好差, 所以我都中意襯少人時候去光顧
