To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日落大雨，所以就決定咗叫外賣，呢一間餐廳喺屋企附近嘅外賣用app叫非常方便，而且好快手就會有！今日就叫咗兩個餸，另外多一個生菜，由於係下午茶時間，所以有豆漿餸同埋生菜，只係需要$5！個生菜份量非常多，一打開嘅時候真係冇諗過咁多，不過我就冇落過任何蠔油又或者腩汁，想食比較清淡啲，整體就好似白灼青菜咁，我冇話太大特別，但係份量就非常多，呢個價錢真係抵到爛🙈佢係春卷，當然係佢嘅招牌菜，入口非常好食，充滿魚味，係我最鍾意食嘅口感，腩肉就非常夠味，辣辣地加埋米線食非常配搭，下次有機會再會叫呢一間餐廳嘅外賣！

Lunch time 諗唔到食咩，最好既選擇就係米線，食南記必食佢既春卷，今次叫咗招牌春卷牛腩酸辣湯米線第一啖食佢啲芽菜同米線，一個字：正👍🏻 好入味，啲芽菜都有酸辣味，叫酸辣湯底最鐘意食佢啲酸菜，酸酸地好開胃啲牛腩算多同埋佢已經預先調咗味，味道剛剛好，又夠淋招牌春卷依然保持到世一水準，同米線超match，浸落米線到唔會太熱氣，亦都唔會有太大罪惡感試過咁多南記餸都係春卷最出色

南記下午茶都算係全香港最抵食 $2x有個麵 仲有野飲 當然凍飲+錢啦今次嗌咗沙嗲牛公仔麵 改春卷 再改右面🤣 改曬 但全部都唔使加錢 額外再加多五件魚片頭 都係+$11 所以搵南記下午茶真係好抵食 講返食物質素 依度嘅春卷我覺得係幾好食嘅 至少厚肉 但因為係下午茶緣故 剩係得兩條 正常餐有四條 沙嗲汁係偏甜 都幾濃 幾杰 雖然睇圖唔係太多沙嗲 但係撈完個湯底都保留到沙嗲味 最緊要咁嘅價錢 魚片頭係跟餐加嘅小食 見着廚房即刻炸 然後加椒鹽粉 小編每次都會叫多粉🤣 如果唔係唔會咁多

提起南記，相信係好多人嘅集體回憶相信最經典嘅一定係佢個招牌河，包兩粒牛丸、兩粒白魚蛋，再加兩條春卷我呢就最鍾意食佢個招牌河餐，除咗包招牌河之外呢，仲包埋蠔油生菜，同個嘢飲，價錢都好實惠清清地，樣樣有，又食到好夠飽南記嘅質素有一定嘅保證牛丸好彈牙，白魚蛋好爽口，春卷有咬口，同一般喺超級市場買到嘅春卷係冇得比嘅佢嗰餐除咗可以揀豆漿，我都好鍾意飲凍檸茶由於南記非常之受歡迎，所以餐廳經常都勁多人🙃🙂🙃🙂

每次嚟到香港仔南記魚蛋粉，必定點招牌河粉，有魚肉春卷，魚蛋，牛丸，價錢平唔再講，味道都非常好食，佢個牛丸唔同出邊嗰啲普通牛丸，咬落去爽口彈牙，好有牛肉嘅味道，配上佢嘅招牌辣椒醬，簡直一流🤤
