環境:好typical嘅麵店,充滿人情味嗰種!紫菜魚蛋粉($32):湯底用大地魚加蝦殼熬成,有淡淡鮮味,不過對我嚟講就淡咗啲,要加少少豉油。魚蛋冇出面果啲咁彈牙,反而係軟綿綿咁,柔軟度獨特而且有豆腐咁嘅口感,呢啲先叫做手打魚蛋架嘛!食得出係有魚味嘅, 而且唔鹹,但可惜有少少腥,可惜...炸魚皮($7):金黃色鬆化酥脆,一啲油味都無,仲有淡淡嘅魚味!一浸落湯即刻沙沙聲... 好惹味!魚蛋粉比想像中遜色,但我好欣賞而家仲會做手打魚蛋嘅地方!無論如何點都同出面啲所謂魚蛋冇得比!
