To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約左朋友行山食飯,我地搭1點半既船由中環去榕樹灣,30分鐘船程即2點就到達榕樹灣,我地落船就即開始慢慢由榕樹灣→索罟灣。行到沙灘附近見到有士多,我地4人坐低每人食左碗麵又行過,全程我地行左約1小時30分左右,3點15分開始至4點45分左右畢!我地去到索罟灣就揀返一向食開既天虹,食過冇數次,今次質數比以前食既差左小小,但係整體都okay!椒鹽瀨尿蝦瀨尿蝦好大隻,而又多肉,最緊要係好新鮮,必食之選。豉椒蟶子雖然唔係蟶子皇,但係隻隻睇落去都好肥,體積雖小勝在啖啖肉已足夠!辣酒煮東風螺我地真唔好彩,花螺無貨,所以由東風螺代替,不過唔緊要啦,因為個汁先係主角。清蒸游水海鮮其實我係一個好鍾意食魚既人,但係呢條游水海鮮我食左一啖就放棄,唔知點解肉質味道怪怪。有一位人兄係唔食魚既,不過都比另外2位食到得返棚骨。天虹秘制蟹秘制醬汁幾特別,可以話係大膽創新,同平時出面食開既煮法唔同,值得一試,但係個人比較喜歡薑蔥炒。芝士薯蓉焗元貝呢個係我必食既,因為真係好好味呀,無論芝士、薯蓉、元貝都係100分。天虹炒飯因為我地各人都飽飽地啦,每人係咁二啄左幾口就放棄,幾好味,但太飽吃不下,我們真浪費! 蒜蓉白菜仔N
