冬天一定要暖身同滋補,位於太子嘅「蝦棧」就可以滿足晒呢兩種願望!尤其係主打嘅暖笠笠蝦煲($188/鍋),即撈300gm大頭蝦,口味超級多,有奶油、椒鹽、胡椒… …小妹最鍾意胡椒味,叫咗一煲,300gm大概有6至8隻,視乎蝦嘅大細而定,而小妹嘅呢一煲有大有細,所以只有6隻,有啲Sad,因為小妹係大頭蝦粉絲,超級鍾意食佢啲膏同啖啖肉,始終感覺份量太少。不過有啲蝦都頗大隻,而且又爆膏,食到小妹不停吮手指。另外仲有「台式黑麻油雞」($168),雞肉好嫩,麻油同酒嘅比例恰到好處,食起上嚟暖笠笠,比起食濃味雞煲更加滋補養生。仲有「樹子冰菜」($98),冰菜喺香港比較少有,要睇季節性,既然見到有就嗌咗一碟,只係估唔到用台式醃料樹子炮製咁好味。
