岩岩開張咗一個月,每次都經過都會俾佢嘅香味吸引。終於,係星期六晚食到啦。我地去之前有打電話問下有冇位,因為大約六點半,時間尚早,去到岩岩好有兩人位,唔使排隊,不過都坐滿哂。👉🏻Guest Chef’s Flat Iron Steak(客席主廚平鐵牛扒) $188肉質幾嫩,但因有太多筋,令到整體較韌。👉🏻Usda Prime 390days Grain Fed Flat Iron(美國390日谷飼Prime級平鐵牛扒) $248肉身唔係有好多脂肪,唔會入口即溶,但食落同和牛一樣嫩滑。👉🏻任食黑松露薯條黑松露同薯條好夾,薯條炸到好香脆,想一食再食😋。❗️小心熱氣🔥
