To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吸睛的蜜糖磚塊

今日晏晝，突然想食茶木就入咗去叫咗個士多啤梨蜜糖磚塊，個賣相真係好吸睛，一定要影番幾幅相，另外上面鋪滿士多啤梨同埋棉花糖，五顏六色，大小朋友見到都一定會鍾意。上面舊雪糕溝埋啲士多啤梨醬食真係好正，如果撈埋棉花糖粒加埋士多啤梨，簡直係絕配，下層嘅厚多士點啲雪糕嚟食都係一流，冇得彈，而且有兩大塊厚多士，一個人真係未必食得曬，大家一定要兩個嚟食吖！其實佢哋入面嘅台式小食小菜都好好味，因為我本人都鍾意食台灣嘢，記得個沙茶牛肉好惹味，而佢個鹵水拼盤都一定要叫，不過今次因為下午茶關係唔係食午飯，又唔係食晚飯，所以下次嚟先叫。
