2點半冇人龍,入到去只要一檯人吹水,我點了櫻花蝦沾麵,再加$10要個蟹肉薯餅。即叫即做,十多分鐘上沾麵。沾面彈牙超有咬口,叉燒有炭香卻偏肥,蛋半生熟,可惜冇蛋香味。主角櫻花蝦。。。湯底鹹香夠濃,仲有蝦子目魚鮮味,就是可惜太鹹太油,當溫度不夠,微暖就變得超油膩。我成晚覺得太油膩,晚飯也不想吃,有點作嘔感覺。蟹肉薯餅,外脆內流心,抵讚,雖然見不到蟹肉,也食不到蟹味,忌廉卻像芝士熱辣辣的暴走爆心流出來,$10有2件,抵。呢餐$109, 敗筆在麵的湯底溫度吾夠!
