今日行開銅鑼灣,見到間沾麵店係下午時段已經好多人,就入左去試下😍呢到嘅款式都幾多,我就嗌左碗海膽沾麵($198) !另外可以揀個沾麵湯底要海膽湯定芝士湯☺️ 平時芝士湯比較常見,所以就叫左海膽濃湯!海膽份量好多,估計有大半板!另外仲有好多三文魚籽添!至於個湯底就好濃,可以食到粒粒海膽碎😍 拉麵麵質好正,我個人偏向食偏硬嘅,師傅控制個軟硬度啱啱好!餐廳仲推介我可以嗌碗雜炊,即係飯!可以撈埋落個湯底度做一碗芝士雜炊!聽落好吸引,但因為一碗麵份量已經好多,一個女仔真係食唔晒,下次有機會同朋友嚟再試😍

餐廳位置比較偏僻, 搵路的時候一個唔留神, 就好容易就走過龍🤦🏻♀️ 好唔容易到達鋪頭, 但入到店內卻發現一個客人都無👻, 我同同事都打左個突👀🤨(明明係平日的午飯時間, 應該好多人架?!) Anyway, 店內的裝修其實幾有日本feel,傢私基本上都係木製的,由門口直望亦可以見到廚師煮麵的過程, 同日本的小型拉麵店同出一轍。同其他拉麵店一樣, 客人直接係點餐紙上面圈出想食的食物, 然後交俾店員就可以了。我揀左櫻花蝦拉麵 (好似出面比較口呢個選擇 😛) , 標準軟硬度, 唔加其他配菜。櫻花蝦拉麵 ($93)拉麵的面頭放左好多櫻花蝦, 之後食的每一啖都可以食到櫻花蝦, 好足料, 好有驚喜。湯底好濃郁, 有少少咸, 不過係可接受的程度。食到最後的時候, 我都清左大半碗湯底, 雖然食到一半都要飲水。而果半隻流心蛋就正常, 不過不失啦!

呢次來富士山55食拉麵應該喺我嘅第三次,前兩次都喺同朋友一齊來嘅,宜且都覺得好食,今次自己再來晚餐。點咗一個沒試過嘅特濃豚骨沾麵,面揀咗粗麵然後要煮軟d嘅。飲啖湯先,豚骨味喺好足嘅好香濃,但係覺得有少少太鹹。跟住加埋拉麵加埋湯一齊食,拉麵有中和到豚骨湯裡邊,變得冇咁鹹,拉麵口感非常好,喺我希望嘅個種軟度,好好食。整碗食完之後就會覺得口裡邊好鹹,呢點唔係幾中意。

間舖頭雖然離地鐵站有一段距離,但係都唔太難搵。之前試過佢哋尖沙咀嘅分店,今次咁啱喺銅鑼灣附近,試一試呢一間嘅水準係咪一樣咁高啦。店舖面積唔大,不過都幾企理。拉麵可以揀走蔥、走芽菜、走椰菜、走蒜頭,麵嘅硬度有硬、中、軟三種。間舖好貼心咁,有poster教大家正宗嘅沾麵食法。特濃豚骨沾麵,湯同埋麵分開上,麵條夠曬彈牙,掛湯能力不俗,叉燒食落口亦唔覺太肥,半熟蛋做到流心嘅效果,只係味道唔夠濃,不過啲筍就唔太爽脆,整體而言,喺香港嚟講水準係唔錯。
