To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收工鋪頭買左碗冬陰公米線,味道真係不過不失,但米線硬到吾知點講,直頭係達達聲,以為吾夠熱,試下自己再煲下,煲完,d米線依然係硬,真係難以入口,個湯係ok既,但米線堅難食,如果要試,可以試金邊粉?另外,除左彈都要讚個豬頸肉生菜包,個豬頸肉係做得幾入面,加埋洋蔥幾吾錯,份量都算少,生菜都可以希望老闆考慮入過第二批米線,因為我試過點煮考吾會諗,因為米線都已經係成碗既主要靈魂,最後我成碗無食,徐左浪費,更係失望總結 希望有改善
