To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依個面包系一落order就會送一份，但我同朋友都覺得幾好味😋有淡淡紫薯味，仲有啲紫薯蓉系入面，面包又軟熟，所以我同朋友就再點多咗一份，一份20蚊多士香脆 ，有微微蒜蓉牛油香， 上面海膽份量略少， 但作為前菜份量就剛剛好，我認為整體味道還好，但我朋友認為味道不錯 ，而且我認為以這個價錢來說，價錢略貴叫左三成熟，岩岩好，有燒肉汁，鹽同芥末醬可以點，牛扒下面仲有啲蕃薯條，蕃薯條香脆微甜，吾會好似普通薯條咁滯，仲有啲沙津菜可以消滯 ，不過牛肉有少少筋，但整體吾錯。正堂味，冇咩特別，海膽同面吾系好夾，而且有啲好滯，吾推薦，但好彩叫左個水果菜 解膩
