To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天路過太子區,本想找個好地方午餐。在几家街坊老店徘徊之際,看到這家餐廳中式的門面,又頗吸引喎!再細看門口的餐牌,原來是西餐!看到餐廳內堂尚有座位,於是馬上入座了。 下單後,看看電視新聞,再細看內裡裝潢,剛好發現這裡有樣的秘密武器! 食物呈上來了。茴香白酒煮青口Mussels with Fennel in White Wine  通常是白酒煮青口,茴香?如何煮青口?看來很特別,所以點了這款青口。白色的濃湯中,有黑椒,金黃色炸蒜,應該很香辣惹味。那麼茴香係邊呢? 是用了茴香白色的莖,還是枝葉部份。 嚐一口白湯,果然夠香辣,還帶有點甘香及微微的酒香。這個惹味的湯底,足以彌補青口的不足。吃光青口,仍覺得不足,真想把這白湯都喝光。  焗芝士吞拿魚蘑菇吐司配沙律    原來以為這個吞拿魚蘑菇吐司是白醬底,誰知呈上的是紅色茄醬底。 對比餐牌照片,意式芝士煙肉蘑菇吐司是紅色底。是自己一廂情願?還是餐廳搞錯了2款醬? 溶化的芝士表面有DILL草,配上紅色茄醬,味道也很夾。吐司芝士很軟身,來到最後一口,芝士也没有變硬。    沙律灑有黑醋,原來還有黑椒。今天點選的二款食物,竟然都用上黑椒。吐司不夠照,再

原來以為這個吞拿魚蘑菇吐司是白醬底,誰知呈上的是紅色茄醬底。 

對比餐牌照片,意式芝士煙肉蘑菇吐司是紅色底。

是自己一廂情願?還是餐廳搞錯了2款醬? 

溶化的芝士表面有DILL草,配上紅色茄醬,味道也很夾。

吐司芝士很軟身,來到最後一口,芝士也没有變硬。

水份多了,茶葉釋盡茶味,

同時也淡化了Earl Grey原本濃濃的柑橘味,

變得更易入口。

熱咖啡都是用同款的大杯嗎?

原來呢度仲有秘密武器!  

秘密武器就是這個喵星人!

主動坐在腿上~訓覺囉!

毛毛又軟又滑,仲會咕嚕咕嚕叫。

真係不忍心吵醒喵星人,所以要慢慢品嚐這個午餐。
