又一個呃自己去咗日本系列🇯🇵和牛88位於銅鑼灣嘅燈籠街,勁似日本嘅居酒屋🏮😍未食先心心眼,食完更加覺得食物質素好高 📌前菜(每位$20) 係濃郁嘅牛肉湯,仲有好多塊煮得軟腍嘅牛肉粒,飲完暖到入心ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ不過前菜每日都唔同~ 📌鐵板上西冷牛扒(100g) ($238)三成熟 牛肉喺鐵板上已經切成一片片,更容易入口,細心位值得加分👍🏻顏色呈嫩粉紅色,見到已經流晒口水🤤牛肉腍度適中,唔會過韌。另外仲有洋葱、粟米、西蘭等蔬菜作為配菜,令成道菜唔會太油膩。薯角亦炸得香脆,満足します!✨ 📌火焰和牛雞蛋拌飯($128) 呢個應該係店鋪嘅主打,因為見到好多人食🐣和牛舖係飯嘅面上,猶如一座小山,而中間嘅蛋黃好似一個太陽。上檯時候店員會用火槍燃燒起成碟牛肉,畫面相當靚!過程只有幾秒所以準備好相機啦📸 和牛切成薄片,份量唔多,仲會有香蔥同紫菜撈埋食,味道雖然冇咩驚喜,但淨係個賣相同個體驗都值🤣 📌脆炸流心芝士球($68) 每份有四粒,每粒份量都幾大,芝士味濃郁👍🏻 💡餐廳仲有好多其他地方都冇嘅菜式,超級想試晒佢!尤其係個和牛壽喜鍋,仲有啲甜品😆多啲人去就可以試更多唔同嘅菜式啦 💡去之前記得book檯,
