To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Openrice 開咗咁耐,我從未寫過食評,但難食既食店大把,服務態度差既食店亦大把。但剛剛食完呢間食店竟然可以速使我即刻係Openrice 開賬戶寫食評既,真係不得了!!呢間“澳門咖哩王清湯腩”其實上年定年幾前已係牛頭角定X街食過幾次,個時應該係總店(應該得一間細細間,嗰時食物質素好好又好食,個鬍鬚老闆又熱心又有禮貌,又會介紹菜式比我地。所以有時諗唔到食咩就會去食。因為佢有幾多招牌菜:咖哩牛腩都分幾種,又有特式麻辣食品同鮮茄食品。本人係幾鍾意食辣,嗰時係總店食過好食,仲介紹好多人去食。但現在唔知係咪出咗名賺到錢,開咗分店又搬咗鋪之後,我第一次去觀塘裕民坊呢間店(餐牌註明牛頭角店),店內掛埋鬍鬚老闆張相,所以一定沒應錯。我地叫咗3樣野如下:1個常餐:沙嗲牛肉麵,火腿奄列+方包 $421個咖哩牛腩飯+凍奶茶 $59 + $3凍飲=$621個麻辣牛腩飯+凍奶茶 $59 + $3凍飲=$62叫餐時與店員對話:👩‍🍳店員,🤷‍♀️我🤷‍♀️:常餐:沙嗲牛肉麵,火腿奄列+多士👩‍🍳:多士加$2🤷‍♀️:咁要脆豬👩‍🍳:脆豬都要加$2,不過賣哂🤷‍♀️:吓!其實邊度寫要加$2?👩‍🍳:ae......你等

1個麻辣牛腩飯+凍奶茶 $59 + $3凍飲=$62
叫餐時與店員對話:👩‍🍳店員,🤷‍♀️我
🤷‍♀️:常餐:沙嗲牛肉麵,火腿奄列+多士
👩‍🍳:多士加$2
🤷‍♀️:咁要脆豬
👩‍🍳:脆豬都要加$2,不過賣哂
🤷‍♀️:吓!其實邊度寫要加$2?
👩‍🍳:ae......你等等,👩‍🍳去咗問另外同事,返過黎就指返餐牌中間有寫住多士加$2(但沒寫脆豬要加錢)
🤷‍♀️:咁脆豬沒寫加$2,你又話冇,咁可以點?
👩‍🍳:你要方包囉~(其實餐牌冇寫跟方包😑)
🤷‍♀️:咁要方包,(費時同👩‍🍳嗌🤬🤬)
🤷‍♀️:1個咖哩牛腩飯,1個麻辣牛腩飯
👩‍🍳:麻辣牛腩要唔要轉新鮮牛腩?
🤷‍♀️:心諗一定要加錢啦~所以唔諗住轉,但我老公就問如轉新鮮牛腩要加幾錢?
👩‍🍳:咖哩牛腩沒得轉,麻辣牛腩先有得轉,要加十幾蚊囉(語氣超差)
🤷‍♀️:唔洗轉😑
食物到了,我們一邊食,一邊自己同自己閙,因為食物全部都掂。
1) 沙嗲牛肉全部咬唔到,好硬,亞女牛咗一片就全部牛肉唔食,因為食唔到(仲好意思註明:必食)😨😨
2) 麻辣牛腩飯,一放上枱,已睇到有D牛腩係擺到乾咗,快子“獨”落去係硬既,都已經唔洗點試😓😓見D牛腩唔係幾食得,D麻辣汁又少(D汁唔似汁,似麻辣水,仲得好少),咪問吓可唔可以加返小小麻辣汁比我“No”吓飯食都好。點知!!
👩‍🍳:枱則邊有辣椒油,你加嗰D!😵😵
態度超差,就行開咗去同收銀員傾計😡😡
嘩!勁!係咪要比👍🏻有D 咁既員工。
講真!如麻辣汁係同枱面既辣椒油一樣,咁根本唔值$59,而且如D汁係同枱上辣椒油一樣,店員員要拎入廚房加少少汁,就可以安撫到客人,咁都沒咁趕客吖~但沒計,店員令願繼續傾計。
3)咖哩牛腩飯,咖哩汁超重香料味,咖哩味唔夠,牛腩全部咬唔到,完全食唔到,吐返哂出黎。點食呢😡😡
成餐飯,冇野好食,員工態度超差,食物質素底劣,我地一邊食一邊閙(自己同自己閙)沒有大聲,免得影響其他客人(其實店唔多人食)。而且我有家教,D員工態度咁差,食物質素咁差,同佢地投訴都冇用。
反正都講咗:冇下次,呢間食店我地一定唔會再去食。但又真係從未試過食野食到咁想寫一編食評去寫出今餐飯既感受,亦想提提大家唔好中伏,免得好似我地咁,食到一肚氣仲食唔包。
亦都想提提有心做食店既老闆,希望你地可以有D良心,亦要灌切始終,有心做好食既食物比顧客,不要忘記初衷。賺到錢出咗名都要繼續保持好既出品,如果唔係,就算比你開到分店,都好快就會結業,因為食物食到落口食冇得呃人既,而且如果食物品質好,就算有人寫好既食評,只要客人食到好味都一定會返轉頭,但如果食物品質差劣,就算有更好既服務都未必有回頭客。
最後都要提提老闆,這店的員工真係要好好培訓一吓,如果唔係,客人未食野,只係落單時都足以比你d員工趕走。😵😵
