Restaurant: CHICKEN FACTORY (海趣坊)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係open rice叫外賣自取,半隻雞加兩款配菜$58,落左單去到餐廳未拎得,等左陣問出餐姐姐呢張單得未?佢話要等兩分鐘,跟住睇住佢成盒拎去微波爐叮,好似隔夜送咁,叮番熱,番到去打開睇 勁唔新鮮,成盒垃圾咁,半隻雞斬哂件 ,雞皮巢蚊蚊,雞脾都甩埋,蔬菜比你叮完縮哂水又乾,第二間分店都唔係咁,屯門呢間特別垃圾!點解無高層睇佢地出餐出成咁!?外賣就要比呢d野比人食?全部員工都需要再培訓!去唔哂咁多雞就唔好斬定,賣比下一個就拎去叮番熱就算數!?
