To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係open rice叫外賣自取，半隻雞加兩款配菜$58，落左單去到餐廳未拎得，等左陣問出餐姐姐呢張單得未？佢話要等兩分鐘，跟住睇住佢成盒拎去微波爐叮，好似隔夜送咁，叮番熱，番到去打開睇 勁唔新鮮，成盒垃圾咁，半隻雞斬哂件 ，雞皮巢蚊蚊，雞脾都甩埋，蔬菜比你叮完縮哂水又乾，第二間分店都唔係咁，屯門呢間特別垃圾！點解無高層睇佢地出餐出成咁！？外賣就要比呢d野比人食？全部員工都需要再培訓！去唔哂咁多雞就唔好斬定，賣比下一個就拎去叮番熱就算數！？

呢間連鎖店都好多分店咁岩下午茶時段經過試下輕食下午茶餐 ($38)烤焗巨人雞髀+迷你蘑菇飯 配低糖檸檬水隻雞髀真係好大隻 不過唔似烤焗似炸 因為勁脆😂 啖啖肉勁邪惡！不過近骨個位有d紅好似未熟透 味就夠嘅 唔會好咸至於蘑菇飯嘅醬就主要集中係面下面就靠雞髀送飯 蘑菇醬味有d唔同唔係我鐘意食嘅味 一般😐飲品送嘅 一枝枝幾好低糖檸檬水好似濃縮檸檬汁少酸少苦可接受整體都抵食！

早排天寒地凍，買咗呢個燒雞餐分享。記憶中價錢唔算貴，兩個人食就更加抵。烤雞有半隻，非常抵食。加埋佢個醬汁，就更加惹味。個餐仲有啲葉菜伴碟，食落就更加惹味。個餐仲送冷泡茶，非常健康。
