上次喺旺角朗豪坊食過嘅火車頭越南餐室,味道唔錯,最鍾意就係佢個蒜蓉牛油雞翼,難得A姐鍾意食,今日我就帶佢去到位於大坑嘅火車頭越南餐室總店,繼續越南越愛。蒜蓉牛油雞翼總店比分店更好味!外皮炸得鬆脆,雞肉又嫩又多汁,仲有淡淡嘅牛油香,更驚喜係面頭嘅炸蒜蓉,好香脆好惹味。馬拉盞炒通菜馬拉盞炒通菜份量十足,除咗鹹香味突出,仲有唔少辣椒粒,令通菜更加有層次。生熟牛河大大碗嘅生熟牛河,配料有羅勒、洋蔥絲、芽菜、紅椒同青檸。先嘗一啖湯,夠熱而牛味好香濃。全靠夠熱嘅湯,令生牛肉變熟,而我就比較喜歡嫩滑嘅生牛肉,份量一啲都唔少。香茅豬扒撈檬A姐今次就揀咗香茅豬扒撈檬,豬扒嘅香茅味突出;而撈檬嘅靈魂當然係魚露啦,甜甜酸酸好開胃,入面仲有大量花生、生菜絲、蘿蔔絲同香蒜片,口感豐富。
