決定食飽飽先出發效遊。聽講大埔行市上面有間食河粉嘅鋪,抵食又好食。今次就嚟到「世記上海麵店」。雞翼、雪菜肉絲河($34)雞翼size好大隻,仲好香蒜味。雞翼有用炸粉炸過,不過係似日式天婦羅咁薄薄一層炸粉,所以食落食有小小脆口感,但唔會成口都係麵粉漿。出奇地,d肉好嫩同好多汁水,再溝埋果種蒜香味🤤🤤🤤。豬扒、菜肉雲吞河($34)豬扒同雞翼一樣係用薄粉漿去炸,一樣係有蒜味。值得一提嘅係豬扒都切得幾厚身,一樣做到嫩滑多汁水,真係可以啖啖肉又可以嫩滑多汁👍👍。其實2碗河粉嘅量都好多,食極都仲有。湯就係好清,非常清嘅,而河粉加咗小小炸菜,所以就算湯底清,都仍然食落有味。因為好多人嚟食😂都要等20-30分鐘先有得食,所以趕時間嘅可以改時間嚟食啦。

豬扒、菜肉雲吞河($34)
豬扒同雞翼一樣係用薄粉漿去炸,一樣係有蒜味。值得一提嘅係豬扒都切得幾厚身,一樣做到嫩滑多汁水,真係可以啖啖肉又可以嫩滑多汁👍👍。
