還記得,當年有第一間”天丼”時,我覺得好貴。所以之前淨係食過東港城分店,今次嚟到紅磡。時至今日,一個天丼set,由幾十蚊到百幾蚊都有,唔知點解而家睇返,覺得一啲都唔貴。一個set,有廣島蠔鮑魚鰻魚虎蝦同其他蔬菜嘅天婦羅set,連冷烏冬,盛惠156。至於另一個有兩種帆立貝赤鯛虎蝦蔬菜嘅天婦羅set,連冷蕎麥麵,盛惠148。天婦羅嘅質素幾高。要講多次,天婦羅並唔係用純炸嘅方式整熟啲食材,而係用炸完嘅外層炸粉嘅熱力慢慢整熟啲食材,所以理論上入邊啲食材係新鮮無比,唔應該有過熟情況。而今日最體現到呢樣嘢嘅係帆立貝刺身,外脆內軟,相當高質。其他嘅天婦羅,例如鰻魚同廣島蠔水準都唔錯。天婦羅當然配飯係最好,但係今晚配嘅冷烏冬水準非常高,又易夾又有彈性,絕對可以一試。特別要講一個外加嘅明太子魚餅,係幾好食,明太子同魚餅嘅味道好夾。有時就係咁,夜晚百幾蚊一個人,幾好食,唔趕人走,已經係恩賜。
