嗰日行上嘉咸街時,路過這間位於斜路頂的角落。我先見到右邊嗰個門牌發現入唔到,原來行前少少,左邊嗰個先係正門😂入面以簡約時尚風格的設計,因為位於斜路頂,店內的窗口比較細少又係上面,感覺好似係地下室。走去另一邊,經過走廊之後,是另一個空間風格,是攪workshop的專區。餐牌只得一頁,其實包羅萬有。Cane Sugar Cold Brew (HK$70).用香檳杯飲咖啡,都真係第一次.呢杯竹蔗茅啡,保存在鋁罐裡,用咗公利的蔗汁配自家製的冷萃咖啡 (單品哥倫比亞豆 — Juan Restrepo Caldas (Natural))而製成的.味道是微甜的蔗糖風味,帶有少少熱帶果香味道Coffee Waffle with Whiskey Syrup (HK$60).夏雪出品的招牌窩夫,每月唔同口味,而十月就係咖啡味窩夫配威士忌糖漿.需要等10分鐘左右.熱烘烘的窩夫,脆口中帶些少煙韌口感,咖啡味道好出位.伴有薄切鮮蘋果片和曲奇碎,淋上香濃威士忌糖漿,好特別調啡師的好介紹,上面2款飲品及食物真係特別、高質、美味。期待下次回訪,唔知會有什麼期間限定款式呢?
