To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間嘅環境係暗咗少少，不過喺我去嘅機率入面通常啲質素9成都係好食。今日我叫咗豬紅雞卷重2小，見到隻色就好之前叫重小咁，不過食落就真係2小啫～湯底好味，豬紅好食，不過唔可以成日食。雞卷還可以。男友叫咗金菇竹笙湖南酸辣，佢話個湯今日唔係好同味，咁我唔知邊樣唔同咗，因為我無試味😜 咁金菇竹笙都正常。蒜泥白肉今日肥咗啲，味道依然，但係基於真係肥膩嘅少少，所以食剩幾塊。豬耳如常，爽脆可口，有口感，唔會太硬兼唔會太淋。咖啡今日都幾濃，所以我叫姐姐幫我加多少少奶～
