每次喺銅鑼灣搭紅Van返荃灣,都會去榮記食碗車仔麵。其實,好早已經見到佢隔離有間叫做「肥仔記麵家」,通常叫得做乜乜記又叫自己做麵家嘅,都係有啲料到,但係我每次見到佢嘅裝潢,感覺上都係有啲伏味 ... 唔知係咪今次時運高,竟然入咗去試吓,結果 ... ...碗淨雲吞一上枱,即刻心知不妙,點解會係蔥花而唔係韭黃!!?叫得自己做麵家,但係雲吞食蔥花,係咩玩法?(我冇心押韻架) 。輪到粒雲吞,唔係全鮮蝦雲吞嗰種,而係鮮肉蝦雲吞,食到所謂鮮肉嘅味精味很濃;再飲一啖湯,都係嗰啲味精味好濃嘅所謂雲吞湯,冇大地魚味道,亦冇鮮甜味道,咁樣叫自己做麵家!!?再望返個餐牌,原來佢個雲吞叫做「蟹籽鮮蝦雲吞」,所以我即刻咬開第二粒雲吞,仔細咁睇下,可惜,我搵嚟搵去都搵唔到粒蟹籽,但係老老實實,我放大幅相嚟睇,又見到一啲深啡色細細粒嘅嘢喎,唔通嗰啲係蝦子,咁究竟係蟹籽定蝦籽啊?媽,我好亂啊!做麵家唔會連蟹籽同蝦子都唔識分呀嗎?好啦,講返碟酥炸魷魚鬚,啲椒鹽去咗邊呀?點解變咗做雞醬嘅?雞醬其實係用嚟點炸雞嘅,源於泰國人好鍾意用甜酸醬嚟食炸雞,所以將甜酸醬叫做雞醬。我又唔係話用甜酸醬嚟食酥炸魷魚鬚唔得,亦唔可以話唔好

好啦,講返碟酥炸魷魚鬚,啲椒鹽去咗邊呀?點解變咗做雞醬嘅?雞醬其實係用嚟點炸雞嘅,源於泰國人好鍾意用甜酸醬嚟食炸雞,所以將甜酸醬叫做雞醬。我又唔係話用甜酸醬嚟食酥炸魷魚鬚唔得,亦唔可以話唔好食,但以一間叫自己做麵家來講,基本上都應該用返椒鹽囉!就好似你去茶餐廳食碗丁麵,夾硬加兩條菜心落去,唔係唔得,亦唔係唔好食,就係怪d囉!

講番佢啲枱枱櫈櫈,感覺係點講好呢?好似返左十幾廿年前嘅深圳,定係去咗食北方餃子定雲南米線咁呢?仲有嗰塊大玻璃嗰個框,點講好呢?都係好似返咗去以前深圳咁嚁!仲有,佢仲有啲壁燈,係英倫巴黎街頭嗰啲古典街燈,真係九唔搭八。講到呢度,大家明嘅就會明架啦!
